Specializing in 3D architectural illustration, 3D visualization and animation, as well as 2D elevations. Our products are a combination of traditional painting impression, digital photography and computer 3D digital technology.
Final products can be watercolor illustration, photo realistic illustration, photo matte paining i.e. (digital model insertion into a photograph), animation, color and shadow studies. Other services include floor plans, site plans and photoshop work in general.
Each rendering is started by creating a digital model. The digital advantage is the versatility it allows for multiple view selections, architectural changes and color study. Once the model is created it can be turned into a fully detailed watercolor perspective, animation or quick time VR (virtual reality) object movie, in which you can view the model at multiple angles.
You will be provided with a Work in Progress page on our web site for viewing updates to facilitate communication, and approvals.

What we need to get started:

We provide a proposal contract based on the information provided. The contract needs to be signed and returned with a retainer to commence work.
We can work from completed drawings in dwg file format of the elevations, floor plans, and site plans or hand drawn sketches. We will require all color, material selections and samples. Inaccurate or incomplete plans can cause delays in the schedule and added costs.
